目的:评价并比较2种充填系统Resilon/Epiphany Self-Etch和牙胶/AH plus的根尖封闭能力。方法 :选取34颗新鲜拔除的单直根管下颌前磨牙。6颗作为阴性和阳性对照组,28颗随机分为2组(每组14颗),预备至同一标准。分别采用2种充填系统Resilon/Epiphany Self-Etch和牙胶/AH plus充填根管,通过印度墨汁渗透试验比较各组的根尖微渗漏。采用SPSS13.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:2种充填系统的根尖微渗漏有显著性差异,Resilon/Epiphany SE组的渗漏较低(P<0.05)。Resilon/Epiphany SE中封闭剂Epiphany SE通过形成树脂突与牙本质及核心充填材料Resilon紧密黏结,形成一体化结构(mono-block)。结论:Resilon/Epiphany SE充填系统的根尖封闭性能优于传统牙胶充填材料,且封闭剂Epiphany SE与核心充填材料Resilon及根管内结构产生化学性黏结,形成一体化结构。
PURPOSE: To evaluate and compare the apical sealability of Resilon / Epiphany Self-Etch and teetoma / AH plus in two filling systems. Methods: 34 fresh mandibular premolars were selected. 6 as a negative and positive control group, 28 were randomly divided into two groups (14 in each group), prepared to the same standard. The root canal was filled with Resilon / Epiphany Self-Etch and toothpaste / AH plus respectively. The apical microleakage of each group was compared by Indian ink penetration test. SPSS13.0 software package for statistical analysis of the data. Results: There was a significant difference in apical microleakage between the two filling systems and a lower leakage in Resilon / Epiphany SE group (P <0.05). Resilon / Epiphany SE Blocking Agent Epiphany SE is a mono-block formed by the resin bumps adhering tightly to the dentin and core fill material Resilon. Conclusion: The apical sealability of the Resilon / Epiphany SE filling system is better than that of the traditional dentin filling material, and Epiphany SE is chemically bonded with the core filling material Resilon and the root canal structure to form an integrated structure.
