研究了不同处理态高铬白口铸铁的组织与性能.用X射线衍射法、金相观察法与显微硬度相结合的方法鉴别材料中所含的物相.通过冲击韧性值,宏观洛氏硬度值及扫描电镜的断口分析比较了材料的使用性能.分析认为材料的综合性能主要取决于基体组织.回火态试样有较好表现.改进了现行回火制度.中温短时回火可明显改善材料的使用性能.
The microstructure and properties of high-chromium white cast iron with different treatments were studied. X-ray diffraction method, metallographic observation and micro-hardness combined with the method to identify the material contained in the phase. The serviceability of the material was compared by impact toughness, macro Rockwell hardness and SEM analysis. Analysis that the overall performance of the material depends mainly on the matrix organization. Tempering samples have better performance. Improve the current tempering system. Short tempering in temperature can significantly improve the performance of materials.
