熔模精密铸造制壳工序中,如以水玻璃为粘结剂,氯化铵为硬化剂,如工艺控制不当,铸件表面很容易出现桔子皮状的缺陷(图1)。其特征是表面有许多条状或块状凸起物。有的布及整个表面,大平面、四槽子面更甚。它严重影响铸件的表面质量。 本文通过试验和生产实践证实,桔子皮缺陷是由于型壳内表面钠盐集聚所引起。
Casting precision casting shell process, such as water glass as a binder, ammonium chloride as a hardener, such as improper process control, the casting surface is prone to orange peel defects (Figure 1). Characterized by the surface of many strip or block-shaped protrusions. Some cloth and the entire surface, large plane, four trenches even more. It seriously affects the surface quality of castings. In this paper, experiments and production practices confirmed that orange peel defects are caused by the accumulation of sodium salts on the inner surface of the shell.
