9月15日上午,国内目前最大的生物质能发电项目,经15个月的紧张施工,已在江苏兴化市戴窑镇投入试运行。该项目由兴化苏源总公司、中科院广州能源研究所及戴窑镇三方共同投资新建。于2004年6月12日动工,投资总额为2980万元,装机容量5000千瓦。据了解,该项目属国家863计划环保示范项目,主要利用粮食大市——兴化的麦草、稻壳来发电,该项目采用的新技术和新设备处于世界先进地位,装机容量目前为世界第三,国内第一。该项目正常运行后,每年可发电近4000万千瓦时。同时,使广大农村的麦草、稻壳变废为宝,既增强了农民的收入。又减少了环境污染。
