自世界上第一台电子计算机问世以来,随着科学技术的不断进步,使它不断向着功能多样化、体积微型化、运算速度高速化、使用简单化的方向发展。这就使其应用于农业领域成为可能。目前,世界各国的农业科技工作者都在努力探索计算机应用于农业领域的途径及其方法,并且已取得了很多成果,建立了很多适合于农业生产的各种数据库管理系统。同时,随着计算机在农业各个领域的进一步应用,各种农用处理软件包相继被研制开发出来,并且在不断地得到完善,几乎包罗了整个大农业生产的全部过程。纵观世界各国的应用情况,电子计算机在农业领域内的应用包括如下几个方面:
Since the advent of the first electronic computer in the world, with the continuous advancement of science and technology, it has been constantly moving toward the diversification of functions, miniaturization of volume, speedy operation and simplification of use. This makes it possible to apply it to agriculture. At present, all the agricultural scientists and technicians in various countries of the world are trying their best to explore the ways and methods of computer application in agriculture. Much has been achieved and many database management systems suitable for agricultural production have been established. At the same time, with the further application of computers in all fields of agriculture, a variety of agricultural processing software packages have been developed and are continuously being perfected, covering almost the whole process of large-scale agricultural production. Looking at the application of the world’s countries, the application of electronic computers in agriculture includes the following aspects:
