在数字装置中广泛地采用着铁氧体磁心-晶体管元件(以下简称磁心-晶体管单元)。它的特点是简单、可靠、体积小,且消耗功率小。由于晶体管特性的非线性和铁氧体磁心的磁感应与磁埸强度的非单值关系,所以磁心-晶体管单元的计算是困难的。本文提出了一种工程计算方法。虽然做了一些假定,但是它能求出磁心-晶体管单元的参数,并阐明提高速度和增加抗于扰性的条件。
Ferrite core-transistor devices (hereinafter referred to as core-transistor units) are widely used in digital devices. It is characterized by simple, reliable, small size, and low power consumption. Calculation of the core-transistor unit is difficult due to the non-linearity of the transistor characteristics and the non-single-valued relationship between the magnetic induction and the magnetic strength of the ferrite core. This paper presents a method of engineering calculation. Although some assumptions have been made, it can derive the core-transistor cell parameters and clarify the conditions for increasing speed and increasing immunity to disturbances.
