汽车产品与服务的开发与设计是一项极其复杂的系统工程,其中包含许多环节,如果没能将这些环节调节好,那么这项工程将耗费大量的人力、物力,并且还得不到满意的效果。采用并行工程可以就可以很好地对这些环节进行协调,可以简化这项工程,节省大量的人力、物力。本文首先分析了现有汽车产品与服务的开发与设计存在的问题,接着提出了并行工程,并将并行工程运用到开发设计中。
The development and design of automotive products and services is an extremely complex system engineering that contains many aspects that, if not adequately tuned for them, can be labor intensive, materially unattainable effect. The use of parallel engineering can be very good for these aspects of coordination, can simplify the project, saving a lot of manpower and material resources. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the development and design of existing automotive products and services, then puts forward the parallel engineering, and applies the parallel engineering to the development and design.
