房室结双径传导,是房室结内折返性心动过速的电生理基础。其电生理研究历来采用插管技术,设备复杂,且为有创检查,不易推广。经食道心房调搏可无创地诊断房室结双径传导,阐明折返性心动过速的发生机理,设备简单,易于推广。本文就经食道心房调搏检出房室结双径传导的方法、诊断标准及折返性室上速的发生机理进行论述。附15例报告。
Atrioventricular node double-conduction, is the electrophysiological basis of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia. Its electrophysiological research has always been the use of intubation, complex equipment, and for invasive examination, not easy to promote. Transesophageal atrial pacing can be non-invasive diagnosis of atrioventricular node double-path conduction, clarify the mechanism of reentrant tachycardia, the device is simple and easy to promote. In this paper, atrioventricular atrial tachycardia detection of atrioventricular nodal diameter conduction method, diagnostic criteria and the occurrence of reentry ventricular tachycardia mechanism is discussed. A report of 15 cases.
