员工“幸福感”是企业重要的情感资源,探究员工“幸福感”的影响因素是实施“幸福管理”的前提条件。对广州餐饮业员工“幸福感”的研究结果表明,员工“幸福感”状况较好,“幸福感”水平在不同人口维度上均有差异,工作潜力对员工“幸福感”有重要影响,并结合研究结果阐明“幸福感”对现代管理的意义。
Employee “happiness ” is an important emotional resource for an enterprise. It is a prerequisite to explore “happiness ” influencing factors in “happiness management ”. The results of the research on “happiness” of restaurant workers in Guangzhou show that employees’ “happiness” is in a better condition and “happiness” is different in different demographic dimensions.
