本工作10条狗的实验结果表明:①我们研制的体表希氏束电图实时检测仪(非电子计算机)能够记录单次心跳的体表希氏束电图。②本实验结果具有良好的重复性,③体表和导管引导的希氏束电图在时间上相符,体表法H—Q时间为29.2±1.0ms,导管法为29.9±1.4ms。④普鲁卡因酰胺能延长体表和导管法记录的P-H和H-Q时程。心得安只延长体表和导管法的P-H时程。这些变化的结果,体表和导管法具有显著的相关性。在两例正常人体表,用同样方法也能记录到单次心跳的希氏束电图。为进一步在人体研究体表希氏束电图提供了探索的方法。
