磁铁应用于义齿修复已有多年历史。由于过去的磁铁体积大而磁性不强,所以在临床应用上也受到了限制。近几年来,随着体积小、磁力强的钐钴合金(SmCo_5磁铁)问世,磁铁的应用范围也进一步扩大了。目前,越来越多的人想利用其磁铁的吸引力,制作成复盖义齿的根面装置应用于临床,但还存在以下几个问题:(1)磁铁的通性垂直方向吸引力弱。(2)加热后磁性消失。(3)不能铸造及形成复杂形态。(4)钴和钐粉末烧结成SmCo_5磁铁后,其本身还具有脆和锈的缺点。东京医科齿科大学医用金属研究所,在对钐钴磁铁与磁性合金组合的研制中,新研
Magnets have been used in dentures for many years. Due to the large size of the magnet in the past, the magnetism is not strong, so the clinical application is also limited. In recent years, with the small size and strong magnetic samarium-cobalt alloy (SmCo_5 magnet) come out, the scope of application of the magnet has also been further expanded. At present, more and more people want to make use of the attraction of their magnets to make the overdenture root surface device to be used in clinic. However, there are still some problems as follows: (1) The attraction of the magnet in the vertical direction is weak. (2) Magnetism disappears after heating. (3) can not be cast and the formation of complex patterns. (4) SmCo_5 magnet sintered to cobalt and samarium powder has its own shortcomings of brittleness and rust.
