This document is the result of a collective study by the Mechanical Science and Technology Committee (STC ME). This article is based on the B-89.3.4 standard of the Third Design Office of the National Institute of Standards. Foreword: Since most machine tools have an axis, the axis of rotation is at least as long as the machine tool. One of the more widely distributed works on machine testing, Schlesinger’s book, focuses on this issue. In this book, the principles, equipment and methods of testing are mentioned. Other European research was developed by Tlusty and at least part of it was published in 1959. As a result, many different names are used throughout the world to attempt to explain and explain the various phenomena that occur during testing and subsequent use.
