Neurofibromatosis (Von Recklinghausen disease) is one of the most common positive chromosomal dominant diseases in humans. It accounts for 1/3000 of live infants and has highly spontaneous mutations. It can explain that only half of the cases have a positive family history. The disease is systemic with multiple neurofibromas with brown spots, occurring in the throat
