华东师大合成的偶氮氯膦mA是测定希土元素的新显色剂,它具有灵敏度高、发色酸度宽、对比度大、稳定等优点。本文研究了mA与钪形成络合物的条件,确定络合比Sc:mA=1:4,摩尔吸光系数为2.61×10~4,有色络合物最大吸收波长为675nm,试剂最大吸收波长为540nm。硝酸、硫酸、甲酸及一氯醋酸介质均可形成紫红色络合物。pH2~0.3N盐酸对吸光度影响不大(以相应酸度的试剂空白为参比)。0~10微克/25毫升符合比尔定
The synthesized chlorophosphonazo mA from East China Normal University is a new chromogenic reagent for the determination of rare earth elements. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, wide chromogenic acidity, high contrast and stability. In this paper, the conditions for the formation of complexes between mA and scandium were studied. The results showed that the molar ratio of Sc: mA = 1: 4, the molar absorptivity of 2.61 × 10 ~ 4, the maximum absorption wavelength of colored complex was 675nm, 540nm. Nitric acid, sulfuric acid, formic acid and acetic acid medium can form a purple complex. pH2 ~ 0.3N hydrochloric acid has little effect on absorbance (with the corresponding acid reagent blank as a reference). 0 to 10 micrograms / 25 ml in line with the Bill
