目的:研究儿童补充各种微量元素对自身生长发育的促进作用,通过健康教育的方式提高家长对儿童微量元素缺乏的认识。方法:选取100例儿童作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取常规随访保健,观察组在对照组基础上采取加强家长指导的方式,提高家长对儿童补充微量元素重要性的认识。随访期满后,对比两组儿童微量元素含量、身高、体质指数等情况。结果:观察组儿童各项微量元素含量均远高于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童身高、体质指数等项目均显著优于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对儿童及时补充足够的微量元素,有助于促进儿童生长发育,因此应进行保健持续质量改进,做好家长的教育指导工作。
Objective: To study the promotion effect of various trace elements supplemented by children on their own growth and development, and to improve parents’ understanding of children’s trace element deficiency through health education. Methods: A total of 100 children were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received regular follow-up care, and the observation group took the method of strengthening parental guidance on the basis of the control group to raise the awareness of parents about the importance of supplementing trace elements in children. After the expiry of the follow-up period, the content of trace elements, height, body mass index of the two groups were compared. Results: The contents of trace elements in children in observation group were much higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The height, body mass index and other items in observation group were significantly better than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: It is helpful for children to timely supplement enough trace elements to promote the growth and development of children. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the continuous quality of health care and do a good job of educating and guiding parents.
