The Hero in My Heart
I believe everyone has his own hero in his heart. Maybe he is a policeman， a writer， or an actor...but the hero in my heart is my father.
My father is a middle-aged man. He is not handsome or rich， and he is just a street cleaner. Do you know why he is a hero in my heart？ OK， let me tell you. First， I respect him for his spirit of deep devotion to his common but useful work. It needs him to work for more than ten hours a day， rain or shine. Second， he is a kind-hearted man and he is always ready to help others， especially who are in trouble. I have learned a lot from him.
This is my father—the hero in my heart. My heroes are those who do small things in life because it’s the small things that count. I want to be a person like him when I grow up.
