“保胎”蔬菜——菠菜。 因为菠菜含有丰富的叶酸,每100g菠菜中含叶酸量高达350μg,列蔬菜之榜首。叶酸的最大作用在于保护胎儿免除脊髓分裂、脑积水、无脑儿等神经系统病症。专家主张在怀孕早期的两个月内应多吃菠菜或服用叶酸片。同时,菠菜中的大量B族维生素还可防止孕妇盆腔感染、精神抑郁、失眠等常见的孕期并发症。为防止菠菜中的草酸干扰人体对铁、锌等微量元素的吸收,可先将菠菜放入开水中烫一下,草酸会被破坏,吃起来就安全了。
