以前在我厂进行液压机的装配试车过程中,经常因液压管路清理不净而造成液压缸和柱塞的研伤事故,轻则要将柱塞和油缸进行修磨,重则将零件彻底报废。现对液压管路采用喷砂处理,提高管道的清洁度,液压零部件的研伤现象基本上消除。进行喷砂处理的管子,可以省掉配管前和配管后的酸洗工序。 1.喷砂枪的结构及原理我厂自制的FQ—20喷砂枪结构如图1所示。原理:当风管接头9通上压缩空气,搬动
