为从基因角度探讨食管癌、贲门癌和胃癌的发病机理有无差别 ,用免疫组化抗生蛋白链菌素 -生物素标记法(L SAB)检测 34例食管癌、90例贲门癌及 6 8例胃癌患者肿瘤标本中抑癌基因—p5 3蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达 ,结果表明 PCNA的表达在三种癌变中均较高 ,食管癌与贲门癌 p5 3的阳性率相近 (76 .4 7% ,76 .6 7% )而胃癌较低(45 .5 9% ) ,差异有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。
To investigate whether esophageal cancer, gastric cardia cancer and gastric cancer have any difference in pathogenesis from a genetic point of view, 34 cases of esophageal cancer, 90 cases of cardia cancer and 68 cases of cardia cancer were detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin-biotin labeling (L SAB) Cases of gastric cancer patients tumor suppressor gene-p53 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression, the results showed that the expression of PCNA were higher in all three carcinomas, esophageal and gastric cardia p5 3 positive rate (76 .4 7%, 76.6%) and gastric cancer was lower (45.59%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
