从频死欧鳗体内分离到假单胞菌属、气单胞菌属、爱德华菌属三株致病菌。药敏试验说明该菌仅对庆大和红霉素等少数抗菌素敏感。免疫试验证明，该菌菌体菌苗对该病具有很好的保护作用。
