The emphasis is on ISDN terminal capabilities (eg, delivery of integrated bearer services and integrated user terminal services) when the end user supports different levels of integrated services. As you can see, the concept of integrated services provides a useful model for developing a wide range of possible ISDN commercial services and product offerings. At the same time, an ISDN business scenario is discussed to illustrate the potential for some important communications capabilities due to the ISDN environment.
