制备了Nd_2O_3/ABS复合材料,考察了引发剂用量,反应时间对ABS树脂转化率的影响。通过力学性能、硬度、吸湿率及耐腐蚀性测试研究了Nd_2O_3含量对浇注体复合材料板材的性能影响。结果表明,ABS树脂适宜的聚合条件为:反应温度85℃,引发剂用量为单体质量的0.5%,预聚合反应时间为150 min。当纳米Nd_2O_3的质量分数为0.3%时,复合体系的冲击性能达到最佳,比ABS板材提高了142.86%。当纳米Nd_2O_3的质量分数为0.2%时,弯曲强度达到最大,比ABS材料提高了48.84%。而吸湿率和耐碱腐蚀率在纳米Nd_2O_3的质量分数为0.5%时最小。邵氏硬度随着Nd_2O_3含量的增加而线性上升。
The Nd_2O_3 / ABS composites were prepared and the effects of the amount of initiator and the reaction time on the conversion of ABS resin were investigated. The mechanical properties, hardness, moisture absorption rate and corrosion resistance were tested to study the effect of Nd_2O_3 content on the properties of castable composite sheet. The results showed that the suitable polymerization conditions of ABS resin were as follows: the reaction temperature was 85 ℃, the amount of initiator was 0.5% of monomer and the prepolymerization time was 150 min. When the mass fraction of nanometer Nd_2O_3 is 0.3%, the impact property of the composite system reaches the best, which is 142.86% higher than that of ABS board. When the mass fraction of nano-Nd_2O_3 is 0.2%, the flexural strength reaches the maximum, which is 48.84% higher than that of ABS. The moisture absorption rate and alkali corrosion rate of nano-Nd_2O_3 mass fraction of 0.5% minimum. Shore hardness increases linearly with the increase of Nd 2 O 3 content.
