为了研究大蒜素对30日龄热应激湘黄鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响,试验将40只湘黄鸡随机分为4组,热应激组饲喂基础日粮,低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组分别在基础日粮中添加100,200,400 mg/kg大蒜素。结果表明:日粮中添加200,400 mg/kg大蒜素可促进30日龄热应激湘黄鸡体重的增长;添加200 mg/kg大蒜素能显著提高饲料利用率(P<0.05);同时,在日粮中添加大蒜素可明显提高湘黄鸡胸腺指数以及增加血液中总蛋白和球蛋白含量。说明在日粮中添加大蒜素具有促生长和提高免疫功能的作用。
In order to study the effects of allicin on the growth performance and immune function of heat-stressed Xianghuang chickens aged 30 days, 40 Xiang yellow chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups.
