中华文明历经五千余年的发展,产生了众多璀璨的文化。其中,中国古代传统法律文化以其源远流长,博大精深的特点,傲然立于世界法律文化之林。古代中国的政治和社会制度历经变迁,但其传统法律文化的内核“法统”即内在价值基础依然一脉相承。本文将从“法统”的角度,论述中国古代传统法律文化的特点。
After more than 5,000 years of development, Chinese civilization has produced many brilliant cultures. Among them, the traditional Chinese ancient legal culture with its long history, broad and profound features, proudly stand in the world legal culture of the forest. The political and social systems in ancient China have undergone changes. However, the core of the traditional legal culture is still the same. This article will discuss the characteristics of ancient Chinese legal culture from the perspective of “law ”.
