目的:考察硫酸头孢噻利在氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、乳酸钠林格氏液、复方氯化钠注射液、碳酸氢钠注射液中的稳定性。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定配伍液中硫酸头孢噻利的含量,并测定不同时间的pH、含量,观察物理变化。结果:除碳酸氢钠组配伍液外其他组8h内pH无明显变化,7种配伍液8h内均无外观改变,含量几无变化。结论:硫酸头孢噻利可与氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、乳酸钠林格氏液、复方氯化钠注射液配伍。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ceftibrin sulfate in sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection, 10% glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection, sodium lactate Ringer’s solution, compound sodium chloride injection and sodium bicarbonate injection Liquid stability. Methods: UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of cefoselir sulfate in the compatibility solution. The pH and content of the solution were determined at different times and the physical changes were observed. Results: There was no obvious change in the pH within 8h except for the sodium bicarbonate group. There was no change in the content of the 7 kinds of compatibility in 8h. Conclusion: Ceftiostat can be used in combination with sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection, 10% glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection, sodium lactate Ringer’s solution and compound sodium chloride injection.
