本文研究了尼日利亚(Nigeria)天然红树林中的茜草叶紫檀[Pterocarpus sontelinoides.(L)]、弯荚豆[Drepanocarpus(Machearum)lunafus(L.)Mey]、和黄檀[Dalbergia ecatophyllum(L.)Taub]的根瘤特性和固氮酶活性,以及毛红木豆[Baphia pubescenS(Hook.f)]的根瘤特征。根瘤一般是呈球形,但在茜草叶紫檀和毛红木豆植物中,有时呈长形(或长椭圆形),在毛红木豆中还有少数是呈裂片状是的。不同的植物以及同一植物在不同立地条件下,根瘤的大小、数目和重量的差异很大。以弯荚豆为例的全部根瘤总鲜重(克·平方米)的变化幅度在0.11—9.80克之间。它们立地土壤的pH值和含盐量变化幅度分别是4.8—5.49和0.1—25‰。根瘤乙炔还原率按茜草叶紫檀、弯荚豆、黄檀次序下降;它们相对应的好氧率分别是312、23.39和16.07(乙烯纳摩/克鲜重),这些比率比嫌气培养高4.59—100%之间。
In this paper, Pterocarpus sontelinoides (L), Drepanocarpus (Machearum) lunafus (L.) Mey, and Dalbergia ecatophyllum (L.) were studied in natural mangroves of Nigeria. Taub] and nitrogenase activity, as well as the nodulation characteristics of Baphia pubescen S (Hook.f)]. The nodules are generally spherical in shape, but are sometimes elongated (or oblong) in the leaves of the madder leaves and mahogany plants, with a few lobes present in the mahogany beans. Different plants and the same plant under different site conditions, the size of the nodules, the number and weight vary greatly. Taking the pod bean as an example, the total fresh weight of all nodules (g · m 2) varied between 0.11-9.80 g. The pH value and salt content in the upright soil were 4.8-5.49 and 0.1-25 ‰, respectively. The reduction rates of root nodule acetylene were decreased with the order of madder leaves, Poncirus davidiana and Dalbergia dulcis. The corresponding aerobic rates were 312, 23.39 and 16.07 (ethylene / mol / gf), respectively, which were 4.59 higher than that of anaerobic culture -100%.
