5月初,洛阳市总工会出台《工资集体协商工作考核办法》,为确保洛阳市“两办”《洛阳市工资集体协商攻坚年活动实施方案》确定的95%以上企业建立工资集体协商制度目标任务的完成,洛阳市总工会安排100万专项奖励经费,专门用于推进工资集体协商工作和先进集体和个人的奖励。《考核办法》规定,对完成全年目标任务的县(市)区、产业工会和32个市属企业,均给予一定的经济补、贴。另选出工作突出的6个县(市)区工会和产业工会,设立一等奖1名,二等奖2名,三等奖3名进行额外奖
