本文用生物鉴定法测定不同时期大红柑花芽及营养芽内源细胞分裂素的水平。发现大红柑大年树花芽的细胞分裂素含量从进入形态分化时起迅速增加,到萼片形成期出现高峰,随后逐渐降低。小年树营养芽在大年树细胞分裂素含量增加并形成高峰这段时间里,细胞分裂素略有降低并出现低峰,然后又逐渐回升。大红柑花芽及营养芽,在各自的形成过程中出现的内源细胞分裂素变化动态的差别,表明形态分化的最初阶段,可能需要一定量细胞分裂素的存在,初步认为细胞分裂素会对大红柑秋梢进入花芽形态分化阶段有促进作用。
In this paper, the bioassay method was used to determine the levels of endogenous cytokinins in flower buds and vegetative shoots of Rhodiola sachalinensis in different periods. It was found that the content of cytokinin in the flower buds of Dahongatang dahurian rose rapidly from entering into morphological differentiation and then peaked at the sepal formation and then gradually decreased. Small tree nutrition buds in large tree cytokinin content increased and peaked during this period, cytokinin slightly lower and appear low peak, and then gradually picked up. The differences between the dynamic changes of endogenous cytokinin appeared in the process of their formation indicate that the initial stages of morphological differentiation may require a certain amount of cytokinin and the preliminary view that cytokinin will be red Citrus autumn shoots into flower bud differentiation stage has a role in promoting.
