目的观察普米克吸入剂对哮喘患者肺功能的改善情况。方法选取40例轻、中度哮喘患者,用普米克吸入剂200μg/次,2次/d。连续使用4周,治疗前和疗程结束时,检查肺功能以及患者临床症状。结果治疗后肺功能改善,临床各项指标明显改善,未见大的不良反应。结论普米克气道吸入可明显改善轻、中度哮喘患者的通气功能。
Objective To observe the improvement of pulmonary function of Pulmicort inhalation on patients with asthma. Methods Forty mild and moderate asthma patients were enrolled in this study. Pulmicort inhalation 200μg / time, twice a day. Continuous use of 4 weeks, before treatment and at the end of treatment, check lung function and clinical symptoms. Results After treatment, pulmonary function improved, clinical indicators significantly improved, no major adverse reactions. Conclusion Pulmicort airway inhalation can significantly improve ventilation in patients with mild to moderate asthma.
