为了解决我国内燃机车冬季打温问题 ,研制了间歇式复合加热打温装置 ,并对其进行了理论分析和装车试验。结果表明 :采用该装置打温与柴油机连续惰转打温方式相比可节约打温用油 70 %左右 ,减少柴油机打温工作时间约 80 % ,并可减轻环境污染。该装置的推广应用将取得较大的经济和社会效益。 In order to solve the problem of temperature drop of diesel locomotives in winter in our country, intermittent compound heating and heating devices were developed, and theoretical analysis and loading test were carried out. The results show that the device can save about 70% of the operating temperature and reduce the working time of the diesel engine by about 80% compared with the continuous idling mode of the diesel engine, and can reduce the environmental pollution. The promotion of the device will achieve greater economic and social benefits.
