目的:探讨发生药房差错的心理学机制,为制定相应对策提供依据。方法:结合20多年的医院药学实践经验,对影响调剂差错的心理学因素进行分析。结果:提出了无意注意不是差错的主要根源、利用好无意注意也能减少差错的新观点,并首次阐述了调剂差错的药师群体心理因素。分析表明很多主客观因素之所以影响调剂差错的发生,大多受人的生理心理所限。夸大意志努力的作用是不科学的,管理者应采取相应的措施以降低调剂差错的风险。结论:正视药房差错的心理学因素,以系统的改善达到减少差错隐患的目的。
Objective: To explore the psychological mechanism of pharmacy error and provide the basis for making corresponding countermeasures. Methods: Combined with more than 20 years of experience in hospital pharmacy practice, psychology factors that affect the errors of prescriptions were analyzed. Results: It is put forward that the unintentional attention is not the main source of errors, and the new viewpoint that using the unintentional attention to reduce errors is also introduced for the first time. Analysis shows that the reason why many subjective and objective factors affect the occurrence of adjustment mistakes are mostly limited by people’s physical and psychological conditions. To exaggerate the role of hard work is unscientific, managers should take appropriate measures to reduce the risk of discrepancies. Conclusion: Facing the psychology factors of pharmacy errors, with the systematic improvement, the purpose of reducing the hidden errors is achieved.
