目的:了解化疗药物对患者口腔黏膜细胞的生长更新状态的影响。方法:选取21例因胃部肿瘤行胃大部切除术后接受化疗患者,其中10例为术后第1次化疗,11例为术后第6次化疗。用流式细胞术亚G1峰法和增殖抗原Ki67标记法分别检测口腔黏膜的凋亡率和增殖率,常规留取患者的血常规资料,通过统计学分析化疗患者的口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率和增殖率与骨髓抑制之间的关系。结果:第6次化疗组的白细胞计数较第1次化疗组和健康对照组显著下降(P<0.01);第6次化疗组口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率和增殖率较第1次化疗组和健康对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:化疗可以影响口腔黏膜细胞的凋亡和增殖状态。
Objective: To understand the effect of chemotherapeutic drugs on the growth and renewal status of oral mucosal cells in patients. METHODS: Twenty-one patients undergoing partial gastrectomy for gastric cancer were enrolled. Among them, 10 were postoperative chemotherapy and 11 were postoperative chemotherapy. The apoptosis rate and proliferation rate of oral mucosa were detected by sub-G1 flow cytometry and Ki67 labeling method respectively. The blood routine data of patients were routinely collected. The rate of apoptosis of oral mucosa cells was analyzed by statistical analysis. Relationship between proliferation rate and myelosuppression. Results: The leukocyte count in the 6th chemotherapy group was significantly lower than that in the 1st chemotherapy group and the healthy control group (P <0.01). The apoptosis rate and proliferation rate of the 6th chemotherapy group were higher than those in the first chemotherapy group and the healthy group The control group decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chemotherapy can affect the apoptosis and proliferation of oral mucosa cells.
