This study identified the first plasmid from Bacillus (Bacillus megaterium) encoding cytochrome P450 (CYP107DY1) and studied its biological properties. The recombinant CYP107DY1 exhibits a characteristic CO difference spectrum of P450 and its reduced form. By recombination with different redox systems, the autophagic activity consisting of BmCPR and Fdx2 was shown to be the highest.
