报道了本课题组对α-Fe2O3基纳米陶瓷制备的CO气敏元件的中试工作,结果表明中试批量制得的元件能耗低、对CO有高的灵敏度、良好的选择性及稳定性,制件的成品率较高、成本低。现正着手准备工业规模生产。
The pilot work of CO gas sensor made of α-Fe2O3-based nano-ceramic was reported. The results show that the energy consumption of the components prepared in pilot-scale batch is low, the sensitivity to CO is high, the selectivity and stability are good , Parts of the higher yield, low cost. Is now preparing for industrial-scale production.
