日本地震多,土地资源有限,建筑物向高层发展。从防震设计观点出发,要求建筑用钢材具有590MPa级以上的高强度,并要求具有低屈服比在80%以下。日本川崎钢铁公司钢铁研究所以调整化学成分,添加合金元素方法保证屈服强度在590MPa以上。低屈服比主要取决于铁素体组织和马氏体或贝氏体的比例关系等。该所选定的化学成分(wt%):0.02~0.35C,1.44Mn,0.25Cu,0.20Ni,0.22Mo,
There are many earthquakes in Japan, limited land resources and high-rise buildings. From the viewpoint of shockproof design, it is required that the steel for construction has a high strength of 590 MPa or more and a requirement of having a low yield ratio of 80% or less.
