为研究松梢挥发物与松梢隐翅虫之间的化学信息联系,本文利用“Y”型嗅觉仪测定了松梢隐翅虫雌、雄成虫对松树健康梢、微红梢斑螟幼虫虫害梢以及虫粪的选择行为。结果表明:马尾松、火炬松、黑松虫害梢对松梢隐翅虫雌、雄成虫的引诱作用都显著高于对照,其中马尾松虫害梢对雌、雄成虫的引诱作用最强。对健康梢、一、二年生马尾松虫害梢以及虫粪的选择结果表明,雌成虫选择顺序为:微红梢斑螟幼虫虫粪>二年生虫害梢>一年生虫害梢;雄成虫选择顺序:二年生虫害梢>微红梢斑螟幼虫虫粪>一年生虫害梢。总体上,松梢隐翅虫雌、雄成虫都明显选择虫害梢,对健康梢有一定的驱避性。本文可作为进一步研究松梢隐翅虫成虫林间扩散行为、探索其作为载体昆虫携带病原物开展微红梢斑螟生物防治的参考。
In order to study the chemical information connection between the pine needles and the pine needles, this paper uses the “Y” type olfactometer to determine the effects of the female and male adults of pine needles on the health tips of pine trees, Larvae insect pests and insect fecal selection behavior. The results showed that the lures of Pinus massoniana, Pinus taeda and Pinus taiwanensis were significantly higher than that of the control, and the lures of Pinus massoniana were the most attractive to female and male adults. The results showed that the selection order of female adults was as follows: Micro-red-spotted larvae larvae pest excrement> pests of two-year pests> one year pest infestation; male adult order of selection: pests of two years pests > Micro-red-spotted borer larvae pest excretion> pests an annual pest. In general, both female and male adults of the pine needles obviously choose insect pests and have certain repellent to the healthy ones. This paper can be used as a further study of the intercropping behavior of adult pine needles adults to explore its as a carrier of insect-carrying pathogens to carry out micro-red spotted mite biological control reference.
