鲍哲南1970年11月出生于南京,现执教于美国斯坦福大学化学工程系。当前主要研究领域涉及能源、有机和高分子半导体材料、传感材料和分子电子器件、纳米电子学等,内容包括有机半导体和晶体管;有机太阳能电池和电子纸;基于碳纳米管的纳米电子器件和大面积薄膜晶体管;化学和生物传感器等。在《自然》、、《应用物理通讯》等杂志发表论文100多篇,申请专利50余项。鲍哲南在制造用于柔性薄型显示器的全塑晶体管的新型高性能有机、高分子半导体材料方面有突出贡献。
Bao Zhe Nan was born in Nanjing in November 1970 and is currently teaching at the Department of Chemical Engineering at Stanford University in the United States. His current research interests include energy, organic and polymer semiconductor materials, sensing materials and molecular electronics, nanoelectronics, etc., including organic semiconductors and transistors; organic solar cells and electronic paper; nanoelectronic devices based on carbon nanotubes and Large area thin film transistors; chemical and biological sensors. In the “Nature”, “Journal of Applied Physics” and other magazines published more than 100 papers, applied for more than 50 patents. Baozengnan has made outstanding contributions in the manufacture of new high-performance organic and polymer semiconductor materials for all-plastic transistors used in flexible thin displays.
