对地处青海高原3 900-4 300米地区的藏,汉族健康成年人血清总胆固醇含量调查的结果报告如下。35岁以上成年人,经肺功能、心电图、X光拍片等体检证明无心血管及肾脏疾病的世居藏族134名及移居10年以上的汉族56名,共计190名。均为驻军干部、战士、家属、牧民等。早晨空腹静脉血,用磷硫铁法测定,结果见附表。由附表可知,藏,汉两族的结果基本一致,无明显差异。(P>0.05)。与平原地区比较亦无显著差异。被调查者均为长期居住在高寒缺氧地区,以动物性高脂肪高蛋白饮食为主,且多嗜烟酒,这些都是促发
