自1978年以来,中国经济一直保持着高速发展,居民购买力水平持续增长,人们消费构成发生了根本性的变化,这种变化不但会导致水产品总量需求和内部品种之间的需求变化,并且也会对中国水产品市场产生深刻的影响。政府应调整产业结构,渔业部门应增加水产科研投入,扩大水产品市场的开发力度,扶持与水产市场相关行业的发展,满足人们需求,增加渔业农民收入。
