近年来,对数据传输需求的高速增长,促进了数字通信的快速发展。对于有记忆信道(如衰落信道),错误不再是相互独立的随机错误,而是突发性错误,这使得信道编码的差错控制性能下降。已经有人提出有记忆信道的编码技术,但是,要想得到这种信道时变统计特性的精确模型十分困难,这是这种编码在实现上的最大难题。为此采用了交织编码技术来纠正突发性错误,它只需要知道信道记忆的持续时间或跨度,而不需要知道其确切的统计特性。通过MATLAB软件,对卷积码与交织编码在不同信道中的性能进行了仿真分析与比较,得出系统采用交织编码时的性能明显好于采用卷积码时的性能。
In recent years, the rapid growth of the demand for data transmission has promoted the rapid development of digital communications. For memorized channels (such as fading channels), errors are no longer independent random errors but bursty errors, which leads to a reduction in the error control performance of channel coding. A coding technique for memory channel has been proposed, however, it is very difficult to obtain an exact model of such a channel’s time-varying statistical properties, which is the biggest problem in implementation of this coding. To this end, interleaving coding techniques are used to correct sudden errors. It only needs to know the duration or span of channel memory without knowing its exact statistical properties. The performance of convolutional codes and interleaved codes in different channels are simulated and compared by MATLAB software. The results show that the performance of the system when using interleaved codes is obviously better than that of convolutional codes.
