本文对苯撑硅橡胶进行沉淀分级,将分级后的十个级份,分别用光散射法和膜渗透压法测定重均分子量和数均分子量,并用粘度法测定其特性粘度。苯撑硅橡胶系多元共聚物,由光散射法测定的重均分子量,是在一种溶剂下测得的结果,因而并不是直接分子量而是表观分子量。利用脱渗透压法测定共聚物的数均分子量是平均分子量测定的最有效方法。所以本文在建立 Mark-Houwink 公式中采用数均分子量与特性粘度,经数学处理后求得:[η]=1.78×10~(-4)Mn~(0.6)
In this paper, the phenylene silicone rubber precipitation classification, the graded ten fractions, respectively, by light scattering and membrane osmometry pressure-average molecular weight and number average molecular weight, and the intrinsic viscosity measured by the viscosity method. The phenylene-based silicone rubber-based multi-component copolymer has a weight-average molecular weight determined by light scattering as a result of measurement under a single solvent and thus is not a direct molecular weight but an apparent molecular weight. Determining the number average molecular weight of copolymers using the method of an osmotic pressure is the most efficient method of determining the average molecular weight. In this paper, we establish the Mark-Houwink formula using the number average molecular weight and intrinsic viscosity, obtained after mathematical treatment: [η] = 1.78 × 10 ~ (-4) Mn ~ (0.6)
