Using the geochemical elements, the geochemical leaching coefficient and the environmental temperature index, we studied the AB-32 continuous high-resolution environmental record of the Ikroavik borehole in the Barrow thermal lake in Alaska. Based on the 210Pb dating data, it is pointed out that the history of climate and environment change in Barrow region is: cold and dry period from 1600 to 1735; warming and wetting from 1750 to 1830; obvious geochemical turning point in 1830 From 1830 to 1994, the climate is more humid and warm. Around 1969-1970 there was a cooling phase in the Barrow area. The paleogeochemical characteristics of the AB-32 bore core around 1830 coincide with the environmental geochemical characteristics of the modern Ikroavik lake and are basically consistent with the climate and environment changes reflected by the AB-67 sedimentary core of the Elson Lagoon.
