本文研究了铁路企业中法律风险控制工作存在的不足,包括法律专业方面的高端人才不足以满足风险管理需要,风险控制机制还不够完善以及风险控制意识薄弱。同时对铁路企业中法律风险控制的措施进行了分析,管理措施包括在企业当中构建出熟悉法律风险控制的人才队伍,对法律风险控制工作体系进行改进,强化法律风险控制方面的思想意识以及针对铁路运输企业的经营特征,突出法律风险控制工作的重点。
This paper studies the shortcomings of legal risk control in railway enterprises, including the lack of high-end professionals in legal profession to meet the needs of risk management, the imperfect risk control mechanism and the weak awareness of risk control. At the same time, the measures of legal risk control in railway enterprises are analyzed. The management measures include building a contingent of qualified personnel with familiar legal risk control among enterprises, improving the legal risk control work system, strengthening the ideological consciousness in legal risk control, Transport business operating characteristics, highlight the focus of legal risk control.
