本文在苯乙烯—二乙烯苯共聚物上负载了奎宁、辛可宁、D—(一)—麻黄碱制备胺盐型相转移催化剂,对一系列苯基烷基潜手性酮的硼氢化还原反应进行了不对称催化。研究了负载不同生物碱的催化剂,不同的潜手性酮,不同的反应温度及不同的有机介质对反应的化学收率及光学产率的影响,并对反应机理进行了一定的探讨。
In this work, quinine, cinchonine and D- (mono) -ephedrine were supported on styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer to prepare amine salt phase transfer catalysts. The hydroboration of a series of phenylalkyl primary chiral ketones Asymmetric catalysis was carried out. The effects of catalysts loaded with different alkaloids, different primary ketones, different reaction temperatures and different organic media on the chemical yield and optical yield of the reaction were investigated. The reaction mechanism was also discussed.
