目的了解抚顺市部分医院围手术期抗生素使用情况,为合理使用抗生素提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查方法 ,对抚顺市部分医院围手术期抗生素使用情况进行了抽样调查。结果本次调查的11所医院在2009年4月-6月间963例住院手术患者,围手术期抗生素使用率达到100%,平均使用抗生素时间为6.3 d。有12.4%的病人在术前即开始使用抗生素,有83.8%病人在术后继续使用超过3 d。采用联合使用抗生素者占44.2%,其中有45.1%的患者沿用至7 d以上。结论该医院手术病人围手术期抗生素使用率达到100%,存在过量使用和不规范使用抗生素的情况。
Objective To understand the perioperative antibiotic use in some hospitals in Fushun City and provide reference for rational use of antibiotics. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the perioperative antibiotic use in some hospitals in Fushun City. Results Of the 963 hospitalized patients in 11 hospitals in this survey from April to June 2009, the rate of perioperative antibiotic use was 100%. The average antibiotic use time was 6.3 days. In 12.4% of patients, antibiotics were administered preoperatively, with 83.8% of patients continuing to use it for more than 3 days after surgery. The use of antibiotics combined accounted for 44.2%, of which 45.1% of patients were used up to 7 d or more. Conclusion The perioperative antibiotic use rate of patients in this hospital reaches 100%, there is overuse and non-standard use of antibiotics.
