目的分析在对脊柱创伤患者诊断时使用螺旋CT技术的效果。方法收集我院收治的50例脊柱创伤患者,分别对两组患者实施常规的X线平片检查以及螺旋CT技术的检查,分析两种方法的诊断效果。结果相比常规的X线平片,使用螺旋CT技术在诊断的准确率以及检出率上均明显更佳,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对脊柱创伤患者实施临床诊断时,使用螺旋CT技术的诊断效果明显更佳,因此有着较高使用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of using spiral CT in the diagnosis of patients with spinal trauma. Methods Fifty patients with spinal trauma admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. The routine radiographic examination and spiral CT were performed on the two groups of patients respectively. The diagnostic results of the two methods were analyzed. Results Compared with conventional radiographs, the accuracy and the detection rate of spiral CT were significantly better (P <0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of spinal trauma in patients with clinical diagnosis, the use of spiral CT technology was significantly better diagnostic results, it has high value.
