目的:建立测定痕量吲哚美辛的动力学荧光测定新方法,并应用于吲哚美辛的测定。方法:在缓冲溶液中,吲哚美辛对Cu(Ⅱ)催化H2O2氧化罗丹明B使其荧光猝灭有抑制作用,据此,建立了动力学荧光测定痕量吲哚美辛的新方法。结果:在0.32~1.43ng·mL-1浓度范围内,吲哚美辛与荧光强度有良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.25ng·mL-1。结论:该方法实用、灵敏,准确度高,检测限低,重现性好,已成功地用于胶囊和尿液中的吲哚美辛的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a new kinetic fluorimetric method for the determination of trace indomethacin and apply it to the determination of indomethacin. Methods: Indomethacin inhibited the fluorescence quenching of Rhodamine B catalyzed by Cu (Ⅱ) catalyzed by H2O2 in buffer solution. Based on this, a new method of kinetic fluorimetric determination of trace indomethacin was established. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of indomethacin and the fluorescence intensity in the concentration range of 0.32-1.43 ng · mL-1. The detection limit was 0.25 ng · mL-1. Conclusion: The method is practical, sensitive, accurate, low detection limit and good reproducibility. It has been successfully used in the determination of indomethacin in capsules and urine.
