拖带现象(entrainment phenomenon)是指主导心律通过电紧张电流,对具有半保护的异位起搏灶在频率上起调节作用。这种作用是快频率依赖性的,仅见于主导心律的颇率加速到临界水平时,其与钩拢或同步现象的区别是:钩拢多见于房室脱节时,其先决条件是两种心律的频率相差不能超过25%,钩拢后呈1:1的同步关系。而拖带多见于并行心律时,其发生与两种心律的频率差距无关,可呈各种比率的拖带关系。
