作者等报告在25例何杰金氏病患者中,见到4例伴发自身免疫病。例1为22岁的黑人,男性。13岁时(69年)出现疲乏、体重下降及间歇发热,左锁骨上一肿大的淋巴结,胸部x线见纵膈肿块,诊断为何杰金氏病Ⅱ_B期,病理诊断为混合细胞型何杰金氏病。实验室检查:Hb8.6克%、库姆试验直接强阳性,SERF示T细胞24.5%,牛EAC-ERF示B细胞44.9%,经放疗+强的松+氮芥治疗,肿块消失,症状解除,库姆试验转阴。72年4月作分期性剖腹手术并切除脾脏,73年4月在缓解期中出现肌肉软弱,肩胂带及上下肢深部肌肉
