目的回顾石墨烯、碳纳米管、富勒烯C60等3种碳基纳米颗粒吸入毒性试验的过往文献资料并对其理化特性、吸入毒性、机制以及国内外研究现状作一综述,为开展有关试验研究提供参考。方法通过GCBI、Pubmed、万方数据库和中国知网收集过往相关文献。结果碳基纳米颗粒能够经呼吸道进入机体,并沉积下来,引发严重的肺部炎症、抑制细胞增殖、使肺清除功能下降、氧化损伤以及形成肺组织纤维化和肉芽肿等。结论碳基纳米颗粒的吸入毒性和作用机制备受关注,它对呼吸系统的影响不容忽视,有的职业工种是碳基纳米颗粒暴露的高危人群,在将纳米技术大规模应用于各个领域的同时也应该注意其安全性。
OBJECTIVE To review the literature on the inhalation toxicity test of three kinds of carbon-based nanoparticles, such as graphene, carbon nanotubes and fullerene C60, and to review their physical and chemical properties, inhalation toxicity, mechanism and current research status at home and abroad. Research for reference. Methods The past related articles were collected by GCBI, Pubmed, Wanfang Database and CNKI. Results The carbon-based nanoparticles could enter the body through the respiratory tract and deposit, causing severe inflammation of the lungs, inhibiting cell proliferation, decreasing lung clearance, oxidative damage, and formation of lung fibrosis and granuloma. Conclusion The inhalation toxicity and mechanism of carbon-based nanoparticles have attracted much attention. Its influence on the respiratory system can not be ignored. Some occupational occupational groups are high-risk groups exposed by carbon-based nanoparticles. At the same time, nanotechnology is used in a large scale in various fields You should also pay attention to its safety.
